We know that every community has a unique personality and Crimson Creek is no different. We are a homeowner’s association community nestled in the City of Snellville since 2004.

The HOA provides for the operation, maintenance and improvements of the common area and recreational facilities located thereon.

It is our expressed desire to promote the health, safety, pleasure, and welfare of the owners in our community.

These standards are upheld with the aim of preserving and enhancing the community's property values.

The idea is that, if all owners abide by the community’s covenants and restrictions and contribute to its budget, everyone benefits in the form of increased property values and improved quality of life.

Crimson Creek is a small community of only 28 single family homes.  We're a 5-minutes’ drive or 1 mile walk to Briscoe Park with its trails, ball fields, open fields, and playgrounds.
